Everything you need to know about your order
Every order is hand-packaged by Brooke with care. Because each copy is personally signed and personalized, please allow some extra time for your book mail to be prepared.
We do our best to keep books in stock and ready to ship. In the rare event that we're temporarily out of stock, it may take up to an additional 3 weeks before your order is prepared and shipped. If this affects your order, we'll let you know!
You'll receive an email confirmation when your order is placed. If you have questions about your order status, reach out to Brooke at hello@brookewinmill.com.
Because each book is signed and personalized specifically for you (or your recipient), we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds under normal circumstances.
However, if your book arrives damaged or there's an issue with your order, please get in touch and we'll make it right. We want you to love your book mail!
If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact Brooke at hello@brookewinmill.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We'll work with you to find a solution, whether that's a replacement or a refund.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we'll reach out to arrange reshipment (additional shipping costs may apply).
